Weekly Photo Challenge-Green

One of the greenest islands that I have found throughout my travels is located in the Southern Caribbean, between Barbados, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Martinique.

When my husband and I sailed the western coast of St. Lucia we were in awe from the gorgeous scenery before us. With its tall, mountainous peaks, rolling hills, striking vistas, and palm tree-lined beaches, St. Lucia is a true tropical paradise.

The island appears to be one big jungle from the sea. The entire west side was filled with a myriad of tropical plants, trees, shrubbery, and flowers–the only break in the green was due to a sandy beach, a cliff, a fancy resort, or the bright blue Caribbean Sea.

Question, who or how does one get the weekly topics?

    • November 20, 2012 / 5:32 PM

Hey John! Two ways: subscribe to the Daily Post and you will receive an email about the weekly challenge (as well as other daily emails), or within the Reader you can search for Weekly Photo Challenge and find other readers who have posted this weeks challenge. Enjoy. I look forward to seeing your interpretations.

I bet that the views at the top don’t get much better. It would be an amazing place to climb a mountain, if I ever had that much ambition 😉 If you ever go, I would definitely want to read about it! Thanks for stopping by.
