Weekly Photo Challenge-Silhouette

Happy Saturday, my lovelies!

The photo above is from my bridal shoot back in 2011. Instead of having a traditional bridal shoot, my husband and I decided to do “groomals.” I wanted more photos of my husband and I together, instead of having 200 photos of myself in my dress.

That day my mom, grandma, husband and I, all took the 20 minute drive up to my favorite little mountain town: Park City, Utah. The weather was beautiful, and the backdrops were striking. We had so much fun that afternoon, everyone was joking and giggling between the shots (my mom and grandma are quite the comedians). Throughout the afternoon many people on the street stopped to tell us, “Congratulations!” and the most interesting part of the day was when bystanders began taking their own photos of us. We both felt like celebrities that day.

Thanks. I really like how the photographer captured the moment. Wedding planning is a lot of fun, but I have to say that I’m glad I don’t have to plan another one. They are exhausting 😉
